UPDATE
I've tried everything, and so far, overclocking the RAM and reducing all graphics performance to the minimum possible has greatly improved my situation, making the game at least playable. However, I would like to point out that when playing on community servers, I can play without any problems even with the graphics settings on high, which otherwise makes the game completely unplayable on normal servers.

Which console generation do you have? NA
What is your Gamertag/PSN ID? exposyto02
Date/time issue occurred? This always happened to me, even with Battlefield Labs and the beta, still happening, the game is unplayable for now.
What type of issue do you have? Lagand Latency
Summarize your bug: The two symbols (the wheel with the X and the overlapping “sheets”) are always present, and it feels like playing with a ping of 300. Everything happens in slow motion, the rifle fires intermittently, and when I stop walking, the soldier continues to move. Enemies and allies seem to teleport, and when they shoot at me, the damage all comes at once like a single shot. My ping is 30 but it feels like I'm playing with 300. (This only occurs with Battlefield 6 and no other games,Furthermore, this only happens on my desktop computer; if I try to play on my laptop, I have no problems. I also have no problem when playing the game in the community servers)
In which mode and or map has this happened? All large scale-modes, breakthrough, conquest, escalation. Small modes such as domination, race, etc. rarely occur.

13th Gen i7? Have you by chance updated the BIOS to the latest version on your motherboard manufacturers website? If not, definitely update ASAP.
You mentioned overclocking the RAM which shouldn't be necessary. Enable the XMP profile for the RAM kit and bump the voltage a tick or two above 1.35v if you feel the need but no more.
Is windows up to date? Ensure you run the high performance or ultra power profile before starting the game. Is hyper threading enabled in the BIOS? Try on or off (ideally should be on). I'm on a 12600k i5 overclocked to 5.2ghz on custom air and it's pretty dialed in.
What are your CPU temps and P-Core usage while running the game? If you have adequate cooling and a board that is designed for warmer VRM temps, you can try setting your CPU multiplier to say, 50x for 5ghz and disable C state for the processor to see how it runs. This WILL increase power consumption and temps but will prevent any boosting and idle clock speeds. Be aware you'll need to manually set the voltage appropriately and carefully on that generation i7. This last suggestion is more of a test and not recommended for long term unless you really know what you're doing and are constantly monitoring the chip voltages.
Start with the BIOS making sure it's fully up to date and enabling the RAM xmp profile.
