Battlefield 6 packet loss

So i bought bf6 on release but has never been able to play because every game i try to play i get packet loss a lot. Fps drops from 160 to 30.

My pc & internet is way above the recommended for the game and BF6 is the ONLY game this happens in.  Any fix to this?
