I fixed it myself bois. GO INTO SEETINGS AND THEN STORAGE AND STORAGE SPACES. CLICK ON ADVANCED STORAGE SETTINGS. IF YOU HAVE A STORAGE POOL THERE DELETE IT. try loading the game again after.

As of now, it's hard to pinpoint what the exact issue could be, try verifying your files inside of the EA app. If that does not work, then try reinstalling the game.
