I'm sorry you're having issues & I don't know what the solution is, but you're wrong about low ping.
I live in London with a Fibre to the premises connection. I often have sub 10ms ping, at the very most 15-18ms on most servers in Europe. Because of the lag compensation that's applied to other peoples poor connections I regularly lose gun fights when I've clearly started shooting way before they have, even when I'm using the hardest hitting or fastest firing weapons (and don't say skill issue, I don't miss).
The lag compensation is even worse when facing console players on, I assume, WiFi connections, where I regularly die from shots landing after I'm well behind cover.
I even have footage of being shot by a sniper with the blood and death animation shown on my screen while the bullet is still shown in flight travelling towards me!!
Having low ping makes it feel like whatever I see on screen has already happed almost a second or two beforehand, meaning no matter what I try there is no way to react to things that have already happened.
Sorry to vent here, but this is BY FAR the most frustrating Battlefield I've ever played. Battlefield V did not have this problem, every gunfight in that game felt fair. You could even see the bullets travelling from your gun to the player, and knew if you'd hit them or not. 2042 did have this problem to some extent, I believe because of the introduction of crossplay, but the slower TTK made it somewhat bearable.
The fast TTK and bad lag compensation, combined with low ping makes BF6 a horrendous game to play.
I have experimented with using a VPN to different locations to increase my ping, it seems 40-60ms is actually the sweet spot, any more and bullets don't always make contact. In the EU we get plenty of players from other locations on over 100ms ping that still top the k/d lists with ease, so high ping isn't always an issue.
I can tell you as someone who is at the verge of never playing the game again, having low ping is not good. I have never felt like a "walking god" with low ping.
There was a day at the start of season 3 when I thought they had fixed it, and I was wining all the gunfights I thought I should have, but it didn't last long, and now we are back to I shoot first, but still die first.
I hope this gets sorted soon as it's so incredibly frustrating to have a good pc, good connection, good ability, but still be losing so often when it feels like I should be winning.
