**Report Purpose:** Summarize the issue, attempted fixes, and system configuration to assist EA support/community diagnosis. The issue persists, preventing gameplay; it suddenly appeared today, while the game was running normally yesterday.
## 1. Issue Description
- **Symptoms:** After launch, crashes during anti-cheat (EA Anti-Cheat / Javelin) loading: Black window pops up for 1-5 seconds then flashes back, unable to enter main menu/multiplayer.
- **Impact:** Affects only Steam version of BF6; other EA games (e.g., Apex Legends) run normally. No improvement since release.
## 2. System Configuration
- **OS:** Windows 11 (25H2)
- **CPU:** AMD Ryzen 9 5950X (16 Cores/32 Threads, Zen 4)
- **GPU:** AMD RX 7900 XTX (24GB GDDR6X, Driver 25.10.2 Latest Adrenalin)
- **Motherboard:** ASUS ROG Crosshair VIII Dark Hero (BIOS 5302, Latest October Version)
- **RAM:** 64GB DDR4 4000MHz (XMP Enabled)
- **Storage:** NVMe SSD (C: Drive)
- **Other:** Secure Boot/TPM 2.0 Enabled, UEFI Mode; No VPN/Antivirus Interference, Stable Network.
## 3. Attempted Fixes
Based on EA guides, Reddit/Steam/YouTube, attempted in sequence with restarts after each; all ineffective. System/drivers/BIOS up to date.
### Basic Fixes
1. **Verify Files:** Steam Properties → Local Files → Verify Integrity (Multiple times, no corruption); Uninstall/Reinstall ineffective.
2. **Updates:** AMD Driver 25.10.2, Full Windows Patches.
3. **Reinstall EAC:** Ineffective.
4. **BIOS Optimization:** Ineffective after update.
### Advanced Fixes
5. **Windows Security:** Disabled Core Isolation/Real-Time Protection; Exploit Protection fully disabled for bf6.exe/EAAntiCheat.exe.
6. **C++ Reinstall:** Uninstalled and reinstalled 2022-2025 x86/x64 versions.
