Battlefield 6, Twitch Drops redeemed but never received in-game

Hello everyone, I could use some help or clarification if possible. For context, I play on PS5. Aside from the content dropped via streamers in batches by registering on the site and all that hassle, I've noticed I've received practically nothing of what I claimed from Twitch since the Beta in August 2025. Twitch's inventory only lets you view the last 6 months. Has this happened to anyone else by any chance? I've already tried unlinking and relinking my Twitch and EA accounts, but nothing worked. I also opened a support ticket that I'm still waiting on a reply for, and spoke to an agent who basically gave me no solution other than to wait. It's quite frustrating, as I've been a loyal player of the series since BF3. Below I'll list the content I claimed but never received. Thanks in advance for your help.
