Battlefield Coins Missing After Crash

Hello EA Support,

This morning I purchased Battlefield Coins through Steam and attempted to use them to advance tiers. As soon as I clicked “Advance Tiers,” the game crashed and my PC restarted.

After rebooting, Steam confirms the transaction was successful and my account was funded (screenshot included). When I relaunched the game, the Battlefield Coins were gone and the tier advancement did not apply. No coins were refunded or restored.

I have fully closed and restarted the game multiple times and the coins have not reappeared.

I contacted Steam and was told to contact the publisher since the transaction is completed on their end and this appears to be an in-game content issue.

I have over 500 hours played on Steam and this is the third time this has happened. I previously ignored it, but not this time. I woke up around 7:00 AM for a gaming session and immediately ran into missing paid content.

I am requesting restoration of my Battlefield Coins, a refund, or equivalent compensation.
