battlefield coins

question.... its been a couple of times which i acheived certain levels which im rewarded either by skins, weapons, xp ect.... but 1 out of 3 times which im suppose to get rewarded by a battlecoins it doesnt add up to my balance ..  it gives me all of that fancy music and shows me congrat for getting a battlecoin but i just dont get the prize ..... why is that?
