battlefield error code 1:86001S:89001S:9C:-13561655840

Is anyone still getting this issue? We’ve reported to EA multiple times and just keep getting blown off with “the team is aware of it.” 
it’s a physical copy on XBox X

    I opened a support ticket three days ago. I have spoken to three different team members but no resolution yet. I will update once I have heard

    Based on what I have seen in the forums it looks to be a fairly widespread issue that has been going on for roughly 2 months, since an update that EA pushed out. It affects mostly child/teen accounts, and many folks have created secondary accounts for their kids to try to allow them to play because they have not had any response or comment from EA on the issue. I have placed a support ticket into EA a few days back after I exhausted many hours trying to figure it out on Christmas day. If I hear anything I will respond to this thread to help others, but I suggest to anyone else experiencing this issue, to open a support ticket which will further expose the issue to EA and helps set the priority for a fix. if you just expect one support ticket to influence fixes, that is not how support systems work. The support group needs to really understand how many folks are impacted with this issue so they will react quicker to fixing the issue.

    My brother has also received an error message on his xbox series s but amazon are refusing to refund me. I can see others are having issues. Has anybody had any success with x box series s

    Yes, my youngest son is getting this error message whenever he tries to play on his XBOX Series S. My older son and I have no problems logging in or playing on our XBOX Series X. I did try my younger son's account on my XBOX Series X and he received the same error message. I tried all the troubleshooting steps outlined by EA and none of them work same error. So, it is some type of error tied to a specific account on the EA side. I also tried change a bunch of parental controls on the XBOX/Microsoft side to try to get thing working and still get the same error. I definitely believe that this issue is on the EA side.
