My brother has also received an error message on his xbox series s but amazon are refusing to refund me. I can see others are having issues. Has anybody had any success with x box series s
Based on what I have seen in the forums it looks to be a fairly widespread issue that has been going on for roughly 2 months, since an update that EA pushed out. It affects mostly child/teen accounts, and many folks have created secondary accounts for their kids to try to allow them to play because they have not had any response or comment from EA on the issue. I have placed a support ticket into EA a few days back after I exhausted many hours trying to figure it out on Christmas day. If I hear anything I will respond to this thread to help others, but I suggest to anyone else experiencing this issue, to open a support ticket which will further expose the issue to EA and helps set the priority for a fix. if you just expect one support ticket to influence fixes, that is not how support systems work. The support group needs to really understand how many folks are impacted with this issue so they will react quicker to fixing the issue.
