Battlefield "Pro" scam

Question

So I played for 500 hours, paid for the "Phantom" edition, finished every single challenge, and now.. now I can get the battlepass points, I finished the bugged challenge as soon as it dropped, and now everybody got the skin while I didn't, only 9 hours left untill the event is over, this is a scam, there is no other way of looking at it, I will be very vocal about it, and I won't tolerate paying 100 dollars to get locked out of what I paid for, I already contacted support and nothing happened, this needs to fixed right now, give us our 85 points please. If this continues, I won't pay for a subscription ever again in this company. I would go as far as uninstalling the game, I wouldn't tolerate wasting money like this ever again.

This is a known issue that Dice have said they're working to resolve. However, it is likely that thd rewards will be added retrospectively after the event.&nbsp;
Best thing to do is to keep an eye on the BFComms Twitter account for updates about a fix.&nbsp;

Yep I'm in the same situation and quite irritated. I also reached out to support and was ignored completely. I refuse to pay for the tiers to unlock the rewards. I only received the first 3 items. There has been zero update on the matter. I might just drop this game completely since it's Call of Duty 2.0 and the ppl working here seem just as incompetent to fix minor bugs and issues with the game.&nbsp;
