Battlefield Server Lobby - multiplayer

Hi EA, BigBoy here.

I want to bring an ongoing issue to your attention, although I’m sure you’re probably already aware of it. Your server lobbies and matchmaking do not seem to be working properly.

As you can see from the screenshots I’ve attached, the waiting times are crazy, and after waiting that long, the lobby ends up being populated with bots instead of actual players.

This has now happened to me back-to-back, and it’s becoming extremely frustrating. We want to play proper multiplayer matches against real players, not wait ages just to be placed into a lobby full of bots.

Please can you look into the matchmaking and server lobby issues and let us know if a fix is being worked on?
