Battlepass rewards not granted (Season 4)

I bought the Season 4 pass and right after I did, I got error codes and sent back to the menu where I couldn’t join back after waiting in a queue. After looking online, that seemed to have been a brief server outage for everyone. But now that servers are back online, some of my battle pass rewards were not granted. I can see that I was granted some of the non-free cosmetics but some are missing. Idk if the error code messed up my stuff or what. For example, I was granted the Jadefang Assault outfit (first page of Ancient Fury) but I was not granted the Poseidons Reaper outfit (first page of Benthic Tomb). Both rewards show as completed. Help me out here please.
