Being kicked from match

Trying to figure out why my friend is completely unable to play Redsec. Everytime we enter a match he gets booted before we even touch the ground. He has uninstalled/Reinstalled the game. Checked wifi, resets modem etc. Not sure what's going on. We have compared setting and installation packages but nothing is different. Someone help???
