Hello friend.
Penguin also contacted support about this issue approximately one month ago too, Support said: ''A fix will arrive sometime soon''
Since 20th January Penguin at least been waiting for this, proof of purchase of BF6 pro been provided, still no solution.

Penguin says that's absolutely not fair, they have no idea how much this problem is hurting big fans of BF6 and EA leaving us out like that😥 Please find a solution someone, it been long enough already

This is incredibly disappointing EA. Nearly two months on; no acknowledgement, no fix, and no refund. Nearly three weeks on from the supposed correct way to get the issue fixed according to EA support and again, nothing.

I hope you have more luck than I do.
I just contacted EA support again and finally got ahold of someone who was willing to process a refund, but they told me because I purchased more than 90 days ago I cannot receive a refund even though I first asked for a refund within the 90 day window. Very frustrating that even though I've had several tickets open documenting that I had the issue within the 90 day time period they still said what amounts to "too bad."
EA_Kat any input on this issue?

Hello friends!
Penguin was in touch with EA support again about this issue again.
Only result was that the case status was set to ''Fixed'' without any Fix or solution given.
Which means Penguin had to re-open the case again wondering why it was set to Fixed status without any solution to the problem given?
That's where we're at, what remains to see now is how many months, and probably years do we have to keep on bringing up this topic online until responsibility for keeping things fair gets taken? 👉⏰

Penguin been in Email dialogue with EA support about this, and they claim ''a necessary fix to the affected players been provided'' 👈Contradiction.
If the fix was successfully provided, then there wouldn't be tickets and e-mails about this experience and issue as we speak in the first place, as then the issue wouldn't exist. But here we are
Penguin understands well that EA support can't directly step over Dice and Battlefield Studios behalf or authority to provide any further adjustments in the given situation.
But it still remains to see if those who can do something about the matter will choose to take responsibility about these issues sometime soon or not,
Old saying: '' Rome wasn't built in a day, but...''This email has taken shape only because there exists love for Battlefield 6 and belief in the project out there! 🐧💸👉🗺️🤑

Penguin replying to Penguin in order to post updated responses and information from the ongoing EA Support case:
Currently the information from different EA support workers seems to give contradicting responses, which makes it a little challenging to know where we have to stand in this situation.At least it seems according to the mail received that they did forward the issue to the game team.
Next step for now is probably to give it some time to see if there will be a solution
(3 months time already given ⏰🐧 Penguin = soon expert at giving it some time)
