BF Pro for pre-orders + Coin Reimbursement ET

Hello,

Is there an estimated time of when we will get the coin reimbursement for the bug that occurred back in December?

Also, is there an estimated time of when we will get the BF Pro pass for season 2 for those that pre-ordered the game phantom edition?
