BF6 - Login Rewards / Collab Rewards / Missing Promos (an absolute nightmare)

It is appalling the kind of loop EA Support is sending their customers into when it comes to missing content we have either paid for or put in the time to receive. 

Whether it was the initial release, login rewards being bugged and being sent on a loop by support, or having to "reinstall the game" for no solution other than my ticket being closed. 

To my TGS 'Bushido' dog tag, having expired in spite of the card clearly giving an expiration of 10/10/2027. Support told me that time I needed to get a hold of the vendor or the provider, even though it was a giveaway at an EA booth I visited during my Japan trip last year?!

Or maybe it's the 5.11 collab that I redeemed shortly after they opened up the offer. Just for it not to work. Now I have to go back and forth between 5.11 Tactical and EA support (who no longer assist with missing content-related issues). No solution in sight for that one, I'm afraid. 

Truth be told, I feel cheated, worse than those who buy into Call of Duty every year. This, along with the lackluster Season 2 release and the reveal that it would be marred by more FOMO and LTMs, has put me in a pretty tough spot. I enjoy the game a lot, but **bleep** does it suck to be punished like this. Hopefully, this post will shed some light on the situation, and hopefully, I can get some help with everything I've mentioned. 😔
