BF6 Account Ban

I am trying to get in contact with a representative. I received a ban for my name on there. I would like to appeal this ban because when I connected my steam to the account it made my name in the game the same. I will change my name if you guys will allow me. I think your system is a bit sensitive for this because when you try to create a new user you can even use the word "ban" like? I was banned for absolutely no warning. Hey change your name would be nice... HOW.  If I need to talk to a rep what does it take!!!!!!!!

Hello, I have some questions regarding my account ban and need your help. Just last night, I received a notification that my account was banned. I haven't cheated or violated any rules. I'm genuinely a newbie; my K/D is only 1.1. I don't understand why I was banned. I submitted an appeal, with the case number 227643945, but I accidentally closed it. I am a loyal fan of the Battlefield series. On October 15th, I spent 258 RMB to purchase Battlefield 6, but my account was banned for violating the user rules. I haven't even opened the game or played the multiplayer mode. I previously filed an appeal regarding this matter, but my game is still in a banned state. My level is only 1. I don’t understand why I was banned. Please help me, and I am willing to provide any evidence you need.

Beijing time on November 12, while I was playing Battlefield 6, my network latency suddenly fluctuated for no reason. After a while, my game crashed. When I tried to open the game again, it wouldn't start no matter what. Steam showed that I was still in the game. Then I restarted my computer, during which a page popped up saying 'The system has started in Safe Mode.' When I opened Battlefield 6 again to play, I found that my account had been banned. I did not use any cheating software, nor did I modify any system files. I pre-ordered the Battlefield 6 Deluxe Edition and bought many packs. I have invested time and money in this game. On the evening of November 12, Beijing time, I played a game on a community server, gaining experience by killing bots. I don't know if this led to the ban. If it did, I am truly sorry – I really didn't know this would lead to an account ban. I promise that nothing like this will happen again in the future. Please help me; I am willing to provide any data you need as evidence.
