BF6 Battlepass rewards still locked after earning them

Hello,
I bought the battlepass and I unlocked a lot of rewards already, but not all of them are actually unlocked for me.
Some are still locked even though I clearly obtained them.
I uploaded one picture for example but there are many more skins that are still locked even though they should be unlocked.

I played for two days already hoping it would fix itself but it hasn't.
Please fox this issue so I can access the things I paid for.
