BF6 campaign/multiplayer missing despite active ea Play Pro membership?

I’m unable to access the BF6 campaign and multiplayer content despite having an active EA Play Pro membership. Could you please assist?

Fix / Update: Fixed it Myself
Posting this for anyone else experiencing the same issue…I ended up having to format my PC and perform a clean reinstall of Windows. After that, I installed the EA App and then downloaded BF6. During installation, it prompted me to download both the Single Player and Multiplayer files, and this finally resolved the issue.
Plz Note:
Before doing a full system format, you can always try completely removing BF6 and the EA App using a third-party uninstaller such as IObit Uninstaller or Revo Uninstaller (which i haven't tried), then reinstall them. Formatting your PC should be the last resort here.
