Hi I preorder Bf6 phantom at £90 but I am unable to play at all as it asks me to reset my ea account password which is over 10yrs old, I have reached out to the original provider who have stated that the account is deleted, I therefore have no way of playing this game ea support won’t unlink the account as I. Ant answer security questions from over 10 yrs ago, and e en though this is a brand new Xbox it’s still linked to the old account, what.
