So since August, every time I tried to customize my loadout in match, the game crashes like in the image attached. Have tried updating drives, checking files(with steam) and reinstalling. None of them help. However I can still change between the loadouts set outside the match so I can still play.

Sorry to hear you’ve been dealing with this since August, especially after already trying a driver update, file verification, and a reinstall.
One player with a similar issue also reported that disabling Dynamic Resolution Scaling stopped the crash for them, so that may be worth testing.
If the issue continues, could you also share a DxDiag report with us?
