BF6 Crashes to Desktop

Have had no issues with BF6 until recently, roughly when the Redsec update arrived. Since then i have had difficulty launching the game and when i do get into game, it crashes after a few mins with no crash file, just straight back to desktop. Spoke with someone from the tech support and cleared shaders, verified and reinstalled files, Removed Overlays, even cleared NVIDIA drivers and fresh install but still getting the crash issue. it has gotten worse overtime started off with an hour or two before crash and now its about 15 mins at most. 

My platform (Steam, PC). Specs: AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D, RTX 5070 Ti, 32GB RAM, latest NVIDIA drivers.

Help please as i want to finish the battle pass and i cant if i cant play
