Thank you. I've got some suggestions below.
- You're getting quite a few vgm.exe crashes. Do you have Riot Vanguard installed? If so, disable/uninstall it temporarily and try BF6 again.
- LightingService.exe is crashing. RGB/overlay services and hook into games and cause instability. Stop the ASUS Armoury Crate/Aura services before launching.
- SteelSeriesGGEZ.exe is crashing as well. Try disabling SteelSeries GG/Sonar overlays as well as virtual audio devices. This is also as a test.
- Your DxDiag is saying a 48.9 GB page file used with only 6.1 GB available. Close any launchers/overlays and reboot and try BF6 again
- Hardware Scheduling is enabled. You could try turning this off as a test as well if the crashes continue after trying the above.
Let me know how it goes!

Thank you for gathering the DxDiag. I've got some suggestions below.
- Your Nvidia driver is really new. Try a clean install or roll back to the prior WHQL driver
- You have HDR enabled, advanced color active and ultrawide 175 Hz. Try turning off HDR and use 120/144 Hz as well as cap FPS
- Try disabling HAGS for your Nvidia GPU. Then, reboot and try again
- There are multiple virtual/overlay audio or display drivers. Disable Meta Virtual Monitor, Virtual Desktop Audio, Steam Streaming, SteelSeries Sonar, Oculus/Meta audio. Temporarily disable overlays and virtual devices. Close Meta/Oculus, Steam, GeForce and Discord overlays as well as SteelSeries Sonar
- You have low free space on your C: drive. Only about 36 GB. It would be good to free up some space.
Try these and let me know what happens.- gidek5559 hours agoRising Novice
Hello,
the point 1,2,3 are not helping. I have 159 hours playing BF with HDR and don`t change drivers - i updated it because my BF is quitting in five minutes with any crash info and before update problem was existing - it`s about 2 weeks from first crash and I try to play few times because I play on weekends - in third week that is getting to be frustrate because I wanted to make my BF pro levels and can`t do that - two 10 points I can`t collect because I can`t do tasks, after this week it will be three...
Point four is about Meta (which I had before BF6 was released ) and SteelSeries Sonar which i installed yesterday because I change keyboard (on Roccat there was problem too) - the rest was installed on season 2 and I never had crash.
5. I clean my disk C (bf6 i have installed on other disc where I have 200 gb free :)) but nothing helped.
I also do the method with updated Javelin Anticheat but even when I had message about update success nothing changed, after that I repaired BF6 on my EA APP (yesterday I was installed all from beginning) and problem is still existing - I don`t play on Steam but from EA App
- Another try and BF close at menu, I don`t even need to get to game - just repaired Anticheat and updated.
- Another try and BF6 exit on menu - I have dxdiag just few seconds after game quits.

I wrote a much more info but I don`t know why my message was deleted - in short - I`ve done everything and launch game in many combinations (after update, after repair, after update and repair, after uninstalling and done from clear start - on season 2 don`t had any problems - have 159 hours without any crashes). In attachment there is my dxdiag that I was uploading at about 20:00 cet. It`s done few seconds after it just shut down after 5 minutes to windows. I have problem about 2 weeks but play just in weekends and just thought it was problem from Your site so didn`t search any info but now when I want to make some battle pass points I can`t do that.

Thanks for grabbing the DxDiag for me. Let's see if any of these suggestions help:
- Your Nvidia driver is really new. Use DDU in Safe Mode to do a clean uninstall. Then, install a known stable, Game Ready/Studio driver or roll back one version
- Your display is running 3440x1440 @ 175Hz with HDR/Advanced Color enabled. As a test, turn off HDR and use 120Hz or 144 Hz. Also, toggle fullscreen exclusive/borderless
- Temporarily disable Nvidia, EA App, Steam and Discord overlays as well as StealSeries Sonar and Meta/Virtual Desktop services.
- Remove any GPU/VRAM undervolt/overclock/factory OC profile. Cap the FPS at 120. Check for GPU temp/power spikes during the first 5 minutes.
- Make sure your AMD chipset drivers and BIOS are current
Let me know what happens.
