Every time I play the game it crashes my router, making it disconnect and re-connect. I've been reading about this on Reddit and supposedly there are a lot of people with this problem. I replaced my router and still the problem persists. If I can get some answers as to why this is happening it would be appreciated.
You're saying you have a separate, physical router and BF6 crashes the router? While anything is possible, I would find this hard to believe.
Where are examples of "a lot of people with this problem"? I just looked on the battlefield sub on reddit and can't find any posts about the router crashing. Perhaps, I'm overlooking something.
nope. hes not the only one. game crashes and completely lose interenet in the whole house! never seen this in my 20 years of gaming. Infuriating
Since the update it doesn't seem to be happening as much, but it still disconnects maybe once an hr. I thought it can't be the game doing it maybe it's my router. So I got a new router and to my surprise it's still happening. I have also never experienced a game doing this. Seemed odd to me but then I read that other people were having this issue. I've been noticing some funky behaviour but only on a very certain circumstance and it's been there since the game launched on the 10th, I don't know if it's related but is this happening to you when you alt tab or is this specifically ONLY when playing BF6 in general? senz456
