I think this might be a connection issue from your internet at home, can u make a hotspot on your mobile phone and try it over this one?
And i almost forgot one of my mates bought bf6 for playstation and needed to buy a "playstation plus subscription" in order to play the game, is there something similar for xbox maybe?

I tried through my mobile data & hotspot on my phone.
I also tried setting up hotspot on phone via WiFi.
Neither efforts worked.
Never encountered this problem before with any other game.
I see on a few posts many people having the same issue but EA seems to have ignored the issue and not fixed it.
