BF6 dropping FPS for some reason after computer is turned on a while

Hello, something propably causing this problem, normally I have about 90-130 fps on CPU, but when this happens my framerates drop to about 60-90 on CPU, even 50 if there's a lot of action on battlefi...

Tried that and it didn't help, if i turn on my laptop and opening bf6 it works fine for the whole time, just if i doing something else and opening game after a while i have fps drops, i have only g-helper, 0 asus programs, newest drivers for amd and nvidia, it looks like cpu dont working with 100% of possibility, maybe some program can drain its power?
