BF6 Frame Drops and sound stutter

The game is great but all of a sudden today i experience severe frame drops and sound issues. Ive updated to windows 11, updated all my drivers and play on minimum graphics despite me having a fairly good system but the game is still basically unplayable. I´d really appreciate all the help i could get as i really love the game and these issues make it utterly frustrating.
