It is not memory. And not hardware fault at all. I have exact same problem that started after latest update.
Randomly during the game, system hard hangs. Black screen, I can still hear sounds for a second or two then zero responsiveness. Reset only. It can occur at any point since map has loaded. No connection to game mode or map or anything. Sometimes I`m able to get two maps without problems. But 90% of times it hangs in the first one within a minute or two.
No other game or software has any sort of problems. This happens only in BF6 and only after latest update.
I tried pretty much almost everything you have tried, except for bios update. Nothing helped.
The only thing we have in common config wise is 3D cache on CPU and Win11(different versions though)

I'm sorry to hear you are also having issues, but unfortunately for both of us, your issues are not exactly the same as mine. Fortunately, there are more threads on here and on Reddit regarding your symptoms, and with any luck you have already found your solution. My issue differs in that I have no game audio at all once the freeze occurs, and I do not get a black screen. Complete audio halt and frozen image on screen occur simultaneously.
