BF6 Game connection issue and support ticket issues!
I'll begin with the game connection ISSUE!
For days Ive been unable to join a game, it starts to launch/looks like its going to launch, then sends me back to the lobby. If I join via VPN (used different countries) the game launches, but kicks me so far through with an error message 'player inactive for too long''. Could I be being routed to US game servers rather than EU? Any help will be appreciated!!!
I've cleared the cache, repaired the game, uninstalled/reinstalled javelin, I have secure boot enabled, I have a wired connection. I'm playing through EA Pro.
Trying to contact EA Support is nigh on impossible. I've attempted multiple times to create a ticket but it doesn't work, I even tried on my mobile in case it was a PC issue. It's wearing thin tbh. I don't use social media so contacting EA through their website is my only option. Seem to be making it as hard as possible!
