BF6 game freezes and crashes PS5

Every time since the beta that I start playing the game there is a chance that it freezes. It happens at any point but I found it to commonly occur in the menus, when loading my character loadouts, or while trying to join a game (mid countdown). There is no issue I have with my PS5- disk edition. I've had it since launch and no games have caused issues but BF6 since the beta has been doing this constantly. I am able to continue opening the PS5 settings and load other games, it's just BF6 itself that is frozen and then eventually it crashes if I don't close the game itself.

I have also tried different methods, such as restarting the console, cleaning the vents, rebooting in safe mode and rebuilding the cache, deleting the game and re-installing-- all to no avail. I hope this gets fixed soon or if anyone else has other ideas I'd be very happy.
