Im having this same issue. Looked all over the web for a fix but have not found anything. Have you found a fix for this problem?

  Ya I 100% agree. The studdering when shooting a weapons really sucks!! I hosted a game just for me with bots and my weapon "DID NOT STUDDER!" I notice in the multiplayer where there is alot of action that is when the weapons studder when shooting. Seems to me the game servers need MORE BANDWIDTH to handle the lag. IMHO!
