I have been struggling with this too. No fixes found yet. Constant 100% usage and overheating. I have never seen anything like this.

You can fix 100% CPU usage in one way only, and that is by changing the power mode in Windows from High Performance to Balanced :) It's simple and there is no change in FPS. (1080p - 120fps locked - FPS guide from YT)
