I can't really help, but I'm facing the same issue as many users here.

The user.cfg method does not do much, really.

I5 13400f & RTX 5070ti 1440p
64 GB DDR4 RAM 3600mhz

My FPS is getting chopped by 50% when playing a match.
I'm barely reaching 110fps...
