I'm having similar issues. The beta ran perfectly fine on PC. On full release the game seems to run well for the first hour or two but after that the lag and slo-mo gets worse with each match to the point its unplayable. The resource monitor shows I barely go above 6.8GB VRAM usage at any point, but my CPU and a category called "SIM" is spiking all the time especially in more crowded parts of the map. The NYC maps Empire State and Manhattan Bridge perform the worst and Siege of Cairo is ok but unusable around the C objective. I'm even running lower settings than what the game defaults to.
