The benchmark seems a lot better with AMD's D.O.C.P. Standard enabled (equivalent of intel's XMP)

I also enabled 4g decoding and resize bar. Still not entirely optimal, but this is promising. I changed my mobo some time ago and forgot to change the bios settings....
