I'm experiencing same problem: FPS 30-50, players are teleporting, stuttering, sometimes I'm like swimming in a water.
Using DELL Inspiron 16 PLUS 7630 laptop:
i7-13620H
32GB RAM DDR5-4800 Dual-Channel
4060 with 8GB GDDR6
All latest updates for Windows and Nvidia are installed
What I tried:
- Removed all Dell optimization utilities
- Uninstalled HD textures (and I think that I even lost some FPS after this)
- Tried all possible in-game graphics setting, including all LOW/Off where possible
- Disabled E-Cores in BIOS
- Tested Ethernet vs Wifi6 (I have a very good setup with UniFi hardware)
I'm really frustrated.
[UPDATE] I've also tried to set a user.cfg limiting to 6 P-Cores and 12-Threads. Got 120 FPS right after match start and then, 10 sec later, it dropped to 30 FPS slide-show. Clearly - this is a software bug. CPU is 40-70% utilization, GPU 30-80% (depending on in-game settings). Shame on you, developers.
I have a similar setup to you, my CPU is consistently hitting 112% usage (???) which drops my frames to well below playable levels in official servers.
