it is like the game instantly turns slow motion so to say...audio go absolutely crazy where it kind of sounds like robot if that helps... I'm sure it doesn't. . but anyways I'm searching high and low and have done what everyone here and elsewhere say to do with no fix yet...
I also done literally everything. It is the fault of the games engine. This used to be a problem in previous games too. The engine can’t separate and manage threads on every CPU cores and it causes a bottleneck . This mostly happens to modern cpus with many cores. I limited my cores from BIOS and downgraded my CPU in order to make it easily managable for the Engine to distribute the threads but it still failed. The CPU usage is 100% and GPU stays underutilized. There is nothing I can do much after this so I gave up.
