to be honest i have tried the confg file solution and it quite saved my **bleep** from breaking the pc and the internet i have a core i5 12400f and it was always around 100% when i made the cofig files it reduced it to the around 70-85% and in some high senarios might go up to 94% and i thought the internet was the issue but turned out that the cpu usage destroys everything even on high CPU like i have read here on reddit not to mention i have an rtx4060
The 12400f will have high CPU usage because it's a 6 core, with no hyperthreading and isn't particularly powerful. It's not a bad CPU but it's going to have to push at 100%
All you've likely done with the config file is kill your performance.
