BF6 is still not working form me

Hi, so since 28th of October i could not lunch a game. Not even once. It always crushes after splash screen dissapaear and i go back to EA app. It's been 17 days...yeah. Of course i tried reinsatlling anticheat, and kinda thats it. I don't want to get into more specific ways of making my game work. Like I thought it is normal to buy a game that works. Btw my pc is a lil above minimal specifications, so i doubt it is a problem with it. Maybe it's a problem with OS or GPU drivers but BRUH. 

TBH i dont know what to do. I cant play a game i paid for a very long time. Do you know if there is a convinient way to fix it or maybe do you think i can get a refund still?
