BF6 launch day compensation
Still haven’t received anything. Here’s what support is telling me:
"Thank you for contacting EA. My name is Mohammad, and I hope you are doing well. After reviewing your case, I found that you did not receive compensation for the outage during the Battlefield 6 launch.
I would like to inform you that the compensation process for affected EA accounts has been completed.
If you have not received the compensation, you can post about it in the forum so that other players can vote for it and the studio can take note for further investigation."
So now I need other players votes to receive the compensation they promised? Same reply for my gf’s account. This must be a joke.
