BF6 launch day EA app not working compensation

As requested by EA live support I'm posting this issue on the forum. On launch day I was unable to play the game due to issues with the EA app. I tried to play Portal but the game crashed to desktop...

Firing range, that's not BF6 or even a game.

I can see their side of the argument for Portal, it is BF6....... but Firing range is an insult.... Players did not pay EA £60 or £90 to shoot a few targets on a firing range!!
