I have deleted the game twice,still the same issue please EA fix the problem as soon as possible.

Same issue in Ajman UAE ! I played more than 50 hours in the last 10 days since the release of the game! I came back from work today, had my lunch and switched on my ps5 as usual to continue my grinding of the weapons, but when I press play and it starts matchmaking, I get a permanent black screen !!! Tried everything. Deleted the game and reinstalled it. Restart my PS5, unplug my router for a long time. Nothing seems to work !!! So $72 gone to waste! EA fix this !!

I'm having the same issue. Can't join any MENA servers on match making or in portal servers. Can only join in Europe region that too only through portal. EA FIX THIS

I read on reddit that players with Du hasn't got any issue. What's your ISP?

Yep same issue since yesterday.. can't tell if it's related to servers or providers[Etisalat/Du] .. tried every possible way on my ps5 but still useless.. 

i'm in Qatar and have the same problem on both PS5 and PC.

I have the same issue here in Abu Dhabi, any other servers are working fine except the middle eastern one, I tried the followings so far:

- DNS changed to google's.
- Removed and reinstalled the game.
- Flushed the IP address.
- Installed video card updates.
- Restarted the PC many times.

Other players like my nephew in Holland and the other one in Syria got in the same server when we try to play together but not me, so I think it's some sorta connection provider issue.

Any ideas?

Im having same issue in Indonesia. Nothing been resolved yet. 

Having the same issues in Qatar as well. 

FIX!  I had the same issue in UAE and I fixed it.
I turned on VPN and played with VPN for a day. Then I connected my ethernet cable back on and continued playing. Now its fixed and Im playing with no issues. I think the fix is to use vpn to trigger the game to work properly, then disconnect vpn and just carry on playing. 

Are you still having this problem on your PS5? I’ve been having this problem for a few days now and still no resolution.
