High Usage CPU/GPU After S4

Their is nothing wrong with your utilization you want your GPU to be maxed out as that means your getting the full performance the CPU a 9800x3d is better to get around 30% but looking at how much fps you have your using 1080p so it's fine the only thing you should be concerned about is the temperature of components which are currently running below average so there is 0 problems with the PC or anything if your getting less fps then you normally do it's just because the new map is massive which is more stuff to load 

But that’s the thing: the metrics I’ve always had were the lower ones I mentioned earlier. However, the increase didn't happen just on the new map—it happened on all of them. I play at 1440p (2K), though I’ve capped the frame rate to match my monitor's refresh rate. I feel like something is wrong because the in-game latency has gone up. Sometimes, when I die and return to the flag selection screen, things go back to normal—latency drops, and CPU/GPU usage decreases—but other times, they don't.
