I am having this same problem too. Tonight has been the worst it's been, but it's been a problem for months.
I have tried literally everything from verifying files, to messing around with XMP in BIOS, to testing various previous GPU drivers, to setting exceptions within Windows Defender.
This really just isn't good enough and the ironically deafening radio silence is pathetic. This game is trying to call an FSR module that simply doesn't exist in the game. They have made a serious balls up in the Frostbite Engine's code.
