BF6 Pro Battle Pass And Rewards Are Missing

I somehow managed to make a ticket but …. In response I got an email with the usual saying they are sorry and bla bla bla they were asking more info from me and in the next email thst came was signed a different person asking the same thing and after 4 emails getting nowhere I got tired and I just leave it. I think they have people replying emails just fir the sake of it , they were telling me to clean my cache ….. and I said I’m on Xbox …. Then he said “get in contact with the seller from where you purchased the game” This is just way to much for me, just not worth it,it’s 5 in the morning and I’ve spent the last 3 hours trying to explain to 4 or 5 persons what is going on like they wouldn’t know by now that there is some kind of glitch or something. This is the last time I buy something from them
