I feel like this is kind of a legal issue almost at this point with the money people have payed for a product and still received nothing
I completely agree. It's been a month with no resolution. They've taken our money and haven't fixed the issue. Every time I reach out, I receive only automated responses, and my tickets are closed without any real solutions. They seem more focused on selling new packs than resolving existing problems.
