BF6 Pro Battle Pass And Rewards Are Missing

I'm having an issue with this. 

There is nothing you can do, I bought the seasons 2 battlefield 6 pro and it did the same for me and this is the 01/05/2026

Ea support said they can not do anything about, EA does not care

Have had the same issue on Xbox series x, and nothing has been fixed. Still missing the items I paid for.

So they fix mine where I unlock a certain profit progress section and then get the skins or items on season 2 pro. Pass, but the ones I unlocked, well, they fixed it.But I have to go back and play through those again. I had just finished woodland rangers and then it took me back to steel Talon then, I already had unlocked and progress through. But now I have to play for em again to earn them.  So they didn fix it but, had to earn them again.  And now on loadouts, everything that I received new the orange little dot stays there and all my weapons say new by them.

4 months later and I still never got any of the bonus items from the pro battle pass extra unlocks. I’m guessing it’ll never happen. I stopped playing for a while because they screwed me, hopped back on to see if they ever fixed it and nope. Typical EA glossing over issues and still expecting people to buy their garbage. 

Dose not work still missing everything 

Purchased the Phantom Edition and like many my Season 2 Battle Pass is missing.  Have reported it and waiting to see if my case is actioned. 

I bought battlefield 6 phantom edition and have received nothing yet or at all I've contacted ea multiple times and they say basically that am screwed they don't give me a straight answer at all of eat of when I will be receiving everything which is stupid. 

I really wish I could have all the bfc which include the 500, 2400, 1100, 13000, 5000 battlefield credits and have a balance of 0 I also never received the toxic tide pack at all cannot use it or install it and haven't even been able to use battlefield pro either I have also not received the season 2 advanced pack and last but not lead the season 2 starter pack. 

Before anyone says o restart your Xbox dosent work I've done it multiple times and cleared the local save games as well and has not worked I have uninstalled and installed two times and still has that worked

My unflinching skin is still locked for months now......
