Yup i have the same exact graphics card, same problem. I downloaded the latest drivers, changing the program settings in nvidia settings app to my dedicated graphics card and it still refuses to use my gpu. The gpu utilization on task manager always says 0%. I've got a ryzen 5 2600. Still searching for a fix atm.
