At the start of launch I was getting 170-180 fps with default settings which I was fine with. Now im getting stuck around 100fps no matter the settings change or resolution.
My set up is Rtx 5080, i9 13900k with 64gb ram running 3600, I have tested my gpu in 3d mark the score was in the average for other rtx 5080s and my cpu was tested on cinebench with the score matching close the the average of other i9 13900k.
I have fully reinstalled windows and wiped any other data.
Hi, I recently ran into the same problem.:
+- a week ago, there were no fps problems in the game (80-90 on ultra settings), but the CPU was heating up due to a bad cooler. Yesterday I installed a new cooler - I go bang in the game 40-50 on minimals and about the same amount on the same ultra. I thought maybe I damaged the video card while installing the cooler, but there were no problems in other games.
Did you have the same situation? I'll try your method now, maybe it will help me.
Oh, It won't help me... I have a Ryzen processor, SMT is a replacement for hyper threading, I've already tried to turn it on, but nothing has changed in the game

Disabling HT should NOT be a solution to poor frame rates. Especially in today's gaming age, you just crippled multi-tasking on that CPU. I would not recommend this. The game HAS been performing poorly lately, moreso since launch and I don't know why.
Even setting DLSS to performance mode did NOT yield much of an improvement over quality for example which is not how it was acting previously. So you're not imagining things. Likely DICE and EA, the storm troopers of the current gaming galaxy up to something again. Server performance has been dog poo earlier today too.
I'm running a similar setup, same graphics card with latest drivers all up to date.
For that CPU (you probably already know) make SURE you are running the latest BIOS for your motherboard. If not I would immediately update to prevent any further instability. If you're already running on it then it is likely something needing to be fixed by the devs.
yh I think your right, As when i play the game on the less server load like in the morning i get easy 200 fps but if i play towards the night when the server is more full i get stuck on 100 fps very weird, this makes me think that its a server issue
im gonna test a game rn and enable hyperthreading again ill update with info after the game
just tested playing a game with hyper threading on i got 120fps ish, going to test hyperthreading off now
im getting 120 fps now, completey lost on how i got 200 fps in the morning to now still in the morning to 120fps
very weird im getting 200 plus fps on hyperthreading on but i notice i have to restart my pc a couple times for the frames to come back bit more info my my pc the motherboard is a b760 gaming x ddr4 and yes i did update my bios to lastest one
about the temperature, I meant that I had to postpone the game for a few days to install a good cooler, and at the last launch there is a huge performance problem. Now I also have a cooler that cools the processor to 60 degrees (previously it was heated to 96)
